Job Description Summary
Basic Purpose
. As an empowered team member with limited direction, this role will collaborate with Brand and Reputation teams, creative agencies, business unit stakeholders, project managers, system architects, business and system analysts, Office365 administrators and site owners, and application developers to implement SharePoint experiences along with broader capabilities of the Office365 ecosystem to support user and business needs.
Focus areas include the corporate intranet and SharePoint online experiences for employees within Corporate Shared Services, across the businesses, and for external customers of those businesses.

Principle Responsibilities
60%:
Demonstrate ability to work on and potentially lead multiple projects simultaneously while managing client expectations throughout the projects. Collaborate as part of larger delivery teams which may include product owners, product managers, site owners, project managers, business analysts, architects, developers, user experience designers and training professionals. Under limited supervision, understand business goals and drivers, along with user needs and behaviors to translate those into appropriate technical solutions through various software engineering methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and RAD.
Generate technical and functional requirements through structured meetings and workshops.
Facilitate design and architecture sessions with clients.
Create Information Architecture and Governance Plans.
Lead migrations and modernizations from non-Microsoft platforms to SharePoint Online and Office 365.
Share best practices with internal team members and clients.
20%: Provide support, either first contact, or second/third level for SharePoint in partnership with internal team support staff and the Service Desk with a high degree of client satisfaction.
10%: Maintains current knowledge of the industries businesses support along with a strong knowledge of the Microsoft SharePoint and Office365 product roadmap to effectively educate team members and consult with stakeholders.
5%: Mentor less experienced SharePoint analysts/support staff.
5%: Works with IT management to prepare capital and operating budgets.
