Job Description Contingent-Talent Acquisition Specialist II(Job Number: 1108721) Description Position Purpose: Conduct full lifecycle recruitment as determined by business needs, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for assigned job searches, including complex job searches Proactively build candidates pipeline utilizing various sourcing channels, including external jobs boards, social media, internet search, database search, etc. Attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment related events to source candidates and identify best practice Conduct phone screens and interviews, summarize results, and recommend next steps Consult with management to recommend and identify most qualified applicants Perform compensation analysis and prepare and extend competitive offer packages Assist with the research, recommendation, and implementation of innovative sourcing methods and improved processes Participate in recruitment projects related to new business and expansion initiatives Qualifications Duration of Contract: 6+ Month Contract Top Skill Sets: Recruit and select candidates utilizing social media, internal and external sources for complex job search Knowledge/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, preferably in a high volume, fast paced environment. Considerable knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting, staffing and onboarding. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet, and various Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS applications. Healthcare experience preferred.
