(2) Expertise in mapping utilizing IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Map Editor. (3) Knowledge of AS2, FTP, SFTP, HTTP and TCP/IP protocols. • In addition, excellent written and verbal communication skills are important. • 5+ years of experience in IBM Sterling Integrator System version 5.0 and above required administration, maintenance, installation, configuration, tuning, and programming). • This position is exclusively an onsite engagement • Manager and technical team members will be conducting phone and face to face interviews. The IBMi Sterling Integrator Application Developer’s role is to develop, monitor and maintain high performance business workflows in various environments to maintain high levels of data availability and throughput in support of the business community. This individual is also responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure workflows, provisioning and maintenance is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. As a member of an IT project team, you will configure and test business workflows in the Development and Integration environments and prepare objects for promotion to the QA environment. Job responsibilities include following of software development standards, requirements gathering, gap analysis, writing design and solution proposals, the configuration of services and adapters, standard translation map development, peer code reviews, QA support and support of project schedules. Description: • Application development and support throughout project life cycles. • Lead the technical team in design and development of project deliverables. • Develop, maintain, and support Business Process (BPML) workflows in Sterling Integrator • Create, modify, and update maps in IBM/SI System for the following data formats: flat file, JSON, X12, and XML. • Provide exceptional and timely technical support & expertise for general troubleshooting; support of EDI application & workflow in Sterling Integrator (SI). • Develop & maintain system documentation and workflow materials for various SI/EDI applications. • Quickly learn new processes, absorbing and retaining information. • Communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills; express complex technical concepts effectively. • Manage priorities; and work well with many different disciplines and cross-functional teams Required Skills and Experience: • College degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years of experience in IBM Sterling Integrator System version 5.0 and above (administration, maintenance, installation, configuration, tuning, and programming). • Proficiency in Business Process Modeling Language – BPML and XML/XSLT. • Expertise in mapping utilizing IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Map Editor. • Experienced with Healthcare Supply Chain EDI Transactions. • Knowledge of AS2, FTP, SFTP, HTTP and TCP/IP protocols. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet multiple project deadlines. • Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively with other Departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions. • Thorough knowledge of programming concepts, design, procedures and practices, advanced problem-solving skills. • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and willingness to learn. • Extremely process and detail oriented; service driven. Preferred Skills and Experience: • Experience with objects types, commands, and architecture of AS/400/ iSeries /IBMi platform • Exposure to JSON data format in relation to HTTPS web services. • Prior experience participating in system implementations, upgrades and/or migration efforts. • Knowledge of setting up communication partners in Axway Managed File Transfer Solutions
